Brushing your teeth takes at least two minutes or 120 seconds!
You should use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste. Not too much, just a little bit will do!
We need to clean every part of our teeth:
- Have you cleaned the top of your teeth?
- Have you cleaned the bottom of your teeth?
- Have you cleaned the insides?
- Have you cleaned the outsides?
You will need:
- Crayons, pens or colouring pencils
